The only place where life exists.
A bit about what I do
As a holistic health and wellbeing coach. I teach and advise clients about the different elements that encompass health and wellbeing. We work on implementing the foundations of holistic health practices into their daily life routine.
By making significant lifestyle changes and learning about alternative practices, my clients have a greater understanding of not only how to keep on top of their physical health, but also their emotional, mental and spiritual health too. I believe that this approach in regards to the mind, body and soul as one is fundamental in achieving optimal health and well-being.
My plans include teachings from naturopathy, nutrition, herbalism, traditional Chinese medicine theory, Ayurveda, functional medicine theory, mindfulness, meditation, body movement, such as yoga and Tai chi, brain health and the gut brain connection. the one thing all of these teachings have in common is the understanding that the body is a whole, the impact that our lifestyle can have on our overall health and well-being.
As a yoga teacher I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone. I teach a combination of Hatha and Yin yoga, which is calming and restorative, it is the perfect class to destress and calm the mind and body.
I currently work with clients 1-1, as well as consulting within corporate spaces. I have qualified as a mental health first aider and will be discussing mental health within the workplace through workshops and my social media platforms.
