Crystal Healing
Each crystal carries a unique vibrational frequency, shaped by its mineral composition and the way it formed. Used with intention, they help to balance, clear and amplify your own energy field.
You do not need to know anything about crystals to begin. We choose together, and you leave knowing which stones suit you and how to work with them at home.
Deeply restful
Energy Healing
Working directly with the aura and the chakras to clear what has become stagnant and rebalance the subtle body.
This is often the gentlest starting point for people entirely new to this work — there is nothing to do but receive.

Yoga & Meditation
The yogic path as a spiritual practice, not an exercise class. Breath, stillness and movement, with practical techniques you can take home.

Ayurveda
The knowledge of life, and the sister science of yoga. Understanding your own constitution, and learning to eat, rest and move in rhythm with it.

Women’s Circles
Working with the divine feminine to empower women, drawing on tantra, kundalini and Indian temple dance. Held in small, intimate groups.

One to one guidance across all of the above, shaped entirely around where you are and what you are working towards.
